Place the transparency film horizontally.
Cut a 7 in. strip of the double-sided tape and stick it horizontally across the top of the transparency film. Make sure the length of the tape is centered on the transparency film and is as close to the edge of the film as possible.
Cut out a strip of foam and place it on top of the tape. Cut the excess foam strip that extends further than the top of the transparency film.
Round out the bottom edges of the transparency film to get rid of any sharp corners.
Flip the face shield over so that the foam is under the transparency film.
Cut a 9 in. strip of the adhesive bandage wrap.
Staple the bandage to one side of the face shield, leaving some room to fold the bandage over the staple. Make sure to staple through the transparency film and the strip of foam.
Staple the other end of the bandage to the other side of the face shield following the steps above. Fold the ends of the bandage over the staple.
